What is 60% Buy Back policy or Life Time warranty:-
1) Life Time warranty is only applicable on wooden furniture made of Sheesham wood purchased from any of Natural Living Furniture outlets or Online purchase from www.eshopregal.com
2) Term “life time” stands for entire life of the person who has bought the furniture. 25 Years Maximum.
3) Transportation , repair due to weather condition or repair due to miss handling of furniture hardware, repair of ply, veneer, repair due to wood exposed in sunlight ,due to water additional fitting in furniture Locks , channels ,hinges electrical fittings fabric and Foam are not covered.
4) During the rainy season, there is excess moisture in the air, which gets absorbed by the fibrous pulp of the Sheesham wood even when it has been dried. That is the nature of Sheesham wood; it absorbs water (moisture) due to that any repairs need to be done only possible in Natural Living warehouse transportation to nearest Natural Living facility will be borne by the customer also installation loading unloading will be borne by customer Natural living will do the repair work only.
4) Buying back is only possible after crossing the minimum period of 10 years from the date of furniture sold.
5) No Buy Back on Things like Glass, Foam, Fabric, Plywood, iron products or any other wood furniture. Or customizes and Product sold in clearance sale
6) Value of Glass, Foam, Fabric, Plywood, iron products or any other wood will be deducted from the net sold amount, at the time of buying back the furniture. Maximum deduction value is 20% of sales amount
7) Sheesham furniture buy back price will be calculated after deducting value of Glass, Foam, Fabric, Plywood, iron products or any other non sheesham wood material used in furniture.
8) All packing and transport charges to the nearest Natural Living warehouse will be bear by the customer on selling back the furniture.
9) TAX (local tax and GST) ,Bank charges, Finance charges (DBD), Delivery, Installation , at the time selling the sheesham furniture will also be deducted from the net sold value.
10) We guarantee maximum of 60 % value of furniture sold. Furniture Sold value will be calculated after deducting value of Glass, Foam, Fabric, Plywood, iron products , leather or any other non sheesham wood material used in furniture
11) Products sold in clearance sale, discontinued products, Heavily discounted and Customized (According to Specific demand) are not cowered in buy back and warranty.
12) Products sold for business to business are not covered in warranty and by back Policy.
13) Warranty card or Purchase Tax Invoice mandatory needs to be presented at the time of replacement.
14) There will be no cash refund only credit to purchase non Discounted Products credit cannot be used for
Products sold on offer or clearance or sale credit can be used for the purchase of products credit can not
Be used for TAX(GST or sales tax at the time of sale ) Tax(Local tax and Gst) of New purchase has to be paid by customer only
15) Warranty is non transferable

16) All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation here to the Website, the Terms or any transactions entered into on or through the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur Urban District, India and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
